Attendance at VLDB 2026 is limited to participants 16 years of age or older. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, health, and accident insurance. VLDB 2026 and MCI accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property. By attending, you consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes. In cases of force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event without liability.
