VLDB 2026 ticket rates

All authors must register using the Professional rate; student tickets are not valid for author registration. Each research, industrial, or workshop paper must have at least one in-person author registration, even if the paper is presented by a student.

Valid author registrations include Conference-Only, One-Day Workshop, or Workshop+Conference. Authors with multiple papers need only one author registration, which may cover multiple papers.

Professional Tickets

Profesional/regular conference tickets include lunch, coffee and tea breaks, and access to the banquet.

Participants attending conference workshops will also receive lunch and coffee and tea breaks.

Additional tickets

All VLDB 2026 main conference attendees have the banquet included in the ticket price.
