VLDB 2026 ticket rates

All authors must register using the Professional rate; student tickets are not valid for author registration. Each research, industrial, or workshop paper must have at least one author registration, even if the paper is presented by a student.

Valid author registrations include Conference + Workshops, Conference-Only or Two-Day Workshops. Authors with multiple papers need only one author registration, which may cover multiple papers.

Professional Tickets

Professional conference tickets include lunch, coffee and tea breaks, and access to the banquet.

Participants attending conference workshops will also receive lunch and coffee and tea breaks.

The VLDB 2026 Banquet is included in the following registration categories: Conference + Workshops and Conference Only. If you register under one of the categories above, your banquet ticket is already included. If you would like to bring a guest, you may purchase an additional banquet ticket (subject to availability).
